Honoring
Master T
Our Founding Teacher and Guiding Light in Mindfulness

In 2018, Master T, a revered monk, the formulator and pioneer of the Mind Retreat Programme (MRP), and the founder of Piyapodok Monastery in Lamphun, Northern Thailand, established the MRP with a clear vision: to make mindfulness more accessible, tangible, and impactful in everyday life. His intention was to create a practical, evidence-based approach that could transform lives in measurable ways.

Since its inception, MRP has been taught to over 10,000 students, both Thai and international mindfulness practitioners, proving its effectiveness in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. The program blends ancient wisdom with modern application, built on the four foundations of mindfulness from over 2,500-year-old Buddhist teachings, yet adapted to the complexities of contemporary life. Using Interactive Mindfulness Codes and an evidence-based methodology, backed by over a decade of action research, MRP offers structured techniques that deliver tangible results in mental well-being and personal growth, empowering students to handle life’s difficulties with resilience and clarity.
The journeyof MRPand it'sMindfulworld
As disciples of Master T, we experienced firsthand how MRP changed our lives. From students to practitioners, we immersed ourselves in the practice, reaching the Master level—the final stage before one becomes a Master of Mindfulness. This level represents the becoming of the Master of Oneself, the process of transforming oneself along with others. It empowers us to become instructors ourselves and also passes on the seeds of mindfulness to others and guides them toward their own awakening.

In 2024, driven by this shared purpose, we founded House of MRP. Our mission is to bring Master T’s life-changing teachings to the world, ensuring they are no longer limited by physical or linguistic boundaries. By leveraging technology and innovative platforms, we aim to make mindfulness accessible to everyone, regardless of location or language.

From its roots in the serene Piyapodok Monastery to a global vision of mindfulness, our story is one of dedication, transformation, and purpose. We invite you to in spreading the wisdom of MRP and helping to create a world where mindfulness leads to lasting peace, happiness, and meaningful change.
